Find Your Account Information

To connect your integration with myPOS, you'll need a few important numbers from your account. Don't worry — we'll show you exactly where to find them!

Client Number

Think of this as your account ID — it's unique to you and tells myPOS who's making the request.

Where to find it: Go to Company Information > Client number in your myPOS dashboard.

Key Index

This number tells myPOS which security key you're using for your integration.

When you need it: Only if you're using the Advanced Setup with a Private/Public Key Pair.

Where to find it: Look in the Integration tab of your Checkout store.

Store ID

This is your store's unique identifier. If you have multiple stores, each one gets its own ID.

Where to find it: Navigate to Stores > eCommerce > [Your Store] > Settings

Where You'll Use These

You'll need to add these values to your integration, whether you're using:

  • Mobile or Web SDKs (Android, iOS, Web)
  • Custom API Integration
  • Shopping Cart Plugins (WooCommerce, Magento, OpenCart)

Important: Your integration won't work without these values! They're what connect your app or website to your myPOS account.
