Viewing Your Online Transactions
All your online payments are easy to find and manage in myPOS! Here’s how to check your transactions and what you can do with them.
How to Find Your Transactions
- Open your myPOS dashboard.
- Go to Stores → Transactions → eCommerce.
Here you can:
- See all your online payments
- Filter by store
- Track sales as they happen
What’s Inside Each Transaction?
Every transaction shows you:
- Payment Details: How your customer paid (card type, payment method, origin)
- Transaction Info: Reference number, exchange rate, amount, and fees
- Reserve Info: If part of the payment is held, see how much and when it’ll be released
- Cart Summary: What your customer bought—items, quantities, prices, and total
- Refund Details: If you refunded, see the refund reference, amount, and fees
How to Refund a Payment
Want to refund a customer? You can refund up to the full amount.
Keep in mind:
- Each refund creates a new transaction linked to the original
- Refunds can’t be canceled once processed
- You need enough balance for the refund
- If your balance goes negative, myPOS may collect funds as per your agreement
Refund Fees: Refunds may include a small processing fee. Check the Fees section at the bottom left of your myPOS account for details.
What’s a Reserve?
A reserve is a temporary hold on part of your funds to protect against chargebacks or disputes.
Key points:
- Not all accounts have a reserve—it depends on your risk profile and tariff plan
- The amount and how long it’s held varies for each business
- If your account is closed or blocked, funds may be held for up to 180 days after your last transaction
How to Check Your Reserve
- See the total amount held in reserve
- Filter transactions to view reserve release dates
- Track when your funds will be available
