View Your Transactions
Track all payments made through your PayButtons and PayLinks in just a few clicks.
How to view your transactions:
- Log in to your myPOS account
- From the left menu, go to:
Stores → Transactions → PayLinks & PayButtons - Browse your complete transaction history
You’ll see:
- Transaction date and time
- Payment amount and currency
- Customer details (if collected)
- Transaction status (successful, pending, failed)
Pro Tip: Export your transaction history to Excel for easy accounting and record-keeping!
Set Up Your Settlement Account
Choose where your money goes!
Your settlement account is where funds from PayButtons and PayLinks are deposited.
Key points:
- You can set a different settlement account for each currency
- All payments in the same currency go to the same account
- Change these settings anytime — no restrictions!
Example:
- EUR payments → Your EUR account
- USD payments → Your USD account
Good to Know: Settlement times may vary by currency and account. Check your myPOS dashboard for details.
Customize Your PayButton
Make your PayButton match your brand!
You can personalize:
- Button text — e.g., "Buy Now", "Subscribe", "Donate"
- Button style — Sharp, rounded, or oval
- Button size — Large or small
- Colors — Button and text colors
- Settlement account — Change where payments go
How to customize:
- Go to Stores → PayButtons
- Find your button and click the Options menu (⋮)
- Select Edit
- Make your changes
- Click Save
Important: Changes take effect immediately. Test your button after making updates!
Manage Notifications
Stay updated on every payment!
Set up notifications to be sent via:
- Email — Free, instant alerts
- SMS — Small fee may apply
How to configure notifications:
- Go to Stores → Settings
- Select Notifications
- Choose your preferences
- Enter your email or phone number
- Click Save
Pro Tip: Enable email notifications so you never miss a payment!
