Create Your First PayLink

Get paid in minutes!
Create a payment link, share it anywhere, and start accepting payments — no website needed.

What's a PayLink?
A secure payment link you can send by email, SMS, or messaging apps. Your customer clicks, pays, and you’re done!

1️.Log in to Your myPOS Account

Go to mypos.com and sign in.

From the left menu, select:
StoresCreate StorePayLink

Link Details:

  • PayLink Name: For your reference (e.g., "Invoice #123")
  • Language: Choose your payment page language
  • Website URL: (Optional) Where you’ll use this PayLink
  • Settlement Account: Where payments go

Item Details:

  • Product Name: What are you selling? (e.g., "Consulting Service")
  • Product Price: Set your price per item
  • Currency: Choose your currency (EUR, USD, etc.)
  • Quantity: Number of items (default: 1)
  • Amount: Auto-calculated (price × quantity)

Tip: Use clear product names so customers know what they're paying for!

Collect Customer Info:
✓ Name
✓ Shipping Address
✓ Email
✓ Phone

Notifications:

  • Email: Free
  • SMS: Small fee may apply

Other Options:

  • Hide quantity field (for single services)
  • Set expiration date (limit link validity)

SMS Charges: Text message notifications may incur extra fees.

5️. Review & Create

Check your details, then click Create.

Success! Your PayLink is ready.

Option 1: Copy & Share

  1. Open your PayLink’s options (⋮)
  2. Click Get code
  3. Click Copy to Clipboard
  4. Paste it anywhere — email, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, etc.

Option 2: Send via Email or SMS

  1. Choose Send Link from the options menu
  2. Enter the recipient’s email or phone
  3. Preview the message
  4. Click Send

Tip: Use the same PayLink for many customers, or create unique ones for each invoice!

7. Track Your Payments

All PayLink payments are tracked in real time:

You’ll see:

  • Who paid and when
  • Payment amount and status
  • Customer details (if collected)
