The myPOS Smart SDK is a powerful development toolkit designed for seamless integration of Android applications with myPOS Smart POS devices. Built on top of our proprietary myPOS OS—a custom operating system tailored for Android-based POS terminals—the SDK enables developers to leverage the full capabilities of the terminal, while ensuring a secure and user-friendly payment experience.

myPOS OS powers our Android Smart POS terminals and provides a robust, flexible platform with intuitive navigation, modern features, and enhanced usability. It also allows developers to distribute their apps through the myPOS AppMarket, opening the door to a wide ecosystem of solutions tailored to retail, hospitality, and service-based industries.
What Can the Smart SDK Do?
With the myPOS Smart SDK, developers can build applications that interact directly with the device’s payment hardware and system components. Key capabilities include:
- Initiate payment transactions via the terminal
- Accept a wide range of cards, including VISA, Mastercard, UnionPay International, JCB, and Bancontact
- Process full and partial refunds back to the customer’s card
- Print custom receipts using the integrated thermal printer
- Send real-time Payment Requests directly from the app to the terminal
- Access SAM modules (first and second) for secure operations
- Print bitmap images such as QR codes or logos on receipts
